Privacy Policy

What we collect

We don't require an account and we don't collect personal data for tracking or advertising. To run the tools we temporarily store the PDF files you upload and the file we produce for you. We also set one functional, first-party session cookie so we can show you your own in-progress and finished files — it carries a random identifier only and is never used to track you across sites.

How long we keep your files

Uploaded files and their results are automatically deleted within 1 hour of processing. Deletion is enforced by a scheduled cleanup with a second safety-net sweep, so nothing lingers on our servers beyond that window.

IP addresses

We do not store your IP address. It is used only briefly, in memory, to rate-limit abuse of the free tools, and is never written to our database or linked to your files.

Who else processes your data

We keep the list of third parties deliberately short. At the moment it's:

• Our hosting provider, which runs the servers that process and briefly store your files.
• Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-respecting bot check shown on the upload forms in production. It does not use tracking cookies and does not profile you.
• An error-monitoring service that records technical diagnostics — never file contents — when something goes wrong.

We do not use advertising networks, profiling analytics, or any service that sells your data.

Your rights

Because we don't hold accounts and delete everything within 1 hour, there is normally nothing to export or erase — it's already gone. If you have a question about your data, contact us at [email protected].
