Frequently asked questions
How many PDFs can I merge at once?
Up to 10 files per merge, each up to 15 MB and 100 MB in total. To combine more, merge them in batches and then merge the results.
In what order are the files combined?
In the order they're uploaded. If the pages end up in the wrong order, run the merged file through Organize Pages to rearrange them.
Does merging change the pages?
No. Every page is copied into the new document as-is — same text, images, and formatting.
Is this free and private?
Yes. There's no signup, nothing is added to your document, and your files are automatically deleted within 1 hour of processing.
